Colon Theater (Teatro Colon)

America's most important lyric theater. Enrico Caruso, Richard Strauss, Igor Stravinsky, Arturo Toscanni, and Luciano Pavarotti, among others, performed here. It was opened in 1908 after twenty years of construction. The Colon Theater is known as one of the Operas with the best acoustic in the world. We recommend the guided tours.
