Obelisk (Obelisco)

Symbol of Buenos Aires, this "phalic" monument was built in 1936 to commemorate the 400th. anniversary of the city's first foundation. The Obelisk is built in the spot where the Argentinean Flag was hoisted for the first time.It has 67 mts. Subway Line B exit at Estacion Carlos Pellegrini.
